I was inspired to create Roman Rustica Rub after experiencing grilled Central Italian cuisine. The Roman regional herbs and spices we all take for granted are tied to an ancestry of grilling older than can be imagined. Outstanding on flank steak, skewers, & meaty pork. It’s wonderful on lamb, wild game, and roasts. Fire it up! ~ Bearboy
Directions: Apply liberally to grillables and rub lovingly with hands. Add some oil if applicable and don’t skimp on the rub if you want full, robust flavor.
Ingredients: Kosher Salt, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Rubbed Sage, Marjoram, Sugar, Crushed Red Pepper, Oregano, Rosemary, Mélange Pepper.
