I was inspired to create Eurasian Rustica Rub by the herbs and spices were used along the Ancient Asian and European Spice Trail and have been added to meats cooked over open fire for centuries. It’s great on grilled pork, lamb, chicken, fish, beef – add it to everything! Try it on roasted potatoes or veggies, too. Enjoy! ~Bearboy
Directions: Apply liberally to grillables and rub lovingly with hands. Add some oil if applicable and don’t skimp on the rub if you want full, robust flavor.
